Kalori Berkah provides a professional meal delivery service intended for health-conscious adults (18+) who wish to incorporate nutritionally balanced daily menus into their lifestyle. Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
Our service is designed for general nutritional support. We do not provide clinical dietary advice. While our meals are prepared with care, individuals with severe allergies must note that our facility processes various ingredients; we cannot provide a zero-risk cross-contamination environment.
2. Subscription & Payment Logic
When you order healthy meals through our platform, you are committing to a specific dietary window. Payments are processed securely via local Indonesian payment gateways.

3. Delivery & Food Handling
We offer diet menu with delivery across Bandung and surrounding areas. Our couriers are trained to handle temperature-sensitive packages to ensure the freshness of your calorie-controlled set meals.
Upon delivery, the responsibility for food safety shifts to the consumer. Meals should be refrigerated immediately within the temperature ranges specified on our packaging. Kalori Berkah is not liable for spoilage due to delayed retrieval or improper storage by the customer.
Ethical Standards & Intellectual Property
All content on kaloriberkah.id, including meal photography, recipe descriptions, and nutritional calculations, remains the exclusive property of Kalori Berkah. Any unauthorized reproduction of our balanced daily menu structures or branding is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that demonstrate abusive behavior, fraudulent payment activity, or attempts to circumvent our subscription technology.
Liability Disclaimer
Kalori Berkah provides nutritional data as an estimate based on standard industry values. Actual calorie counts may vary slightly due to the handcrafted nature of our meals. We are not responsible for health outcomes as nutrition is only one factor of a healthy lifestyle.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from the use of our healthy meal delivery services shall be settled through arbitration in Bandung, West Java.
